B. Adedipe Associates Limited (“BAA Consult”) was incorporated in February 1993, as General Management and Financial Consultants, building on the professional experience of its Chief Consultant (Dr. Biodun Adedipe) and his complementary relationships over time.  Other members of the company are practicing professionals, whose background and interests span  banking and non-financial businesses. The firm commenced business operations in March 1994 and has been in operation to date. The company works on a team basis, whereby every project is handled by a select team of professionals having the experience that is of specific relevance to the project and to the best advantage of the client.  At present, all assignments are coordinated by the Managing Consultant, who has the ultimate responsibility to the client and assures the quality of deliverables
