URGENT HIRING - DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER – SALES & OPERATIONS

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Salary: Open for Negotiation

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will lead Sales, Engineering, and Production operations, drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and ensure efficient, high-quality operational delivery.

*Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

* Oversee operations across Sales, Engineering, and Production.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.

* Build strong client relationships and improve customer retention.

* Provide technical guidance on printing, production processes, and service capabilities.

* Drive team performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.

* Improve operational processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

* Work with senior management to develop and implement business growth strategies.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in a Science-related field; MBA is an added advantage.

* Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in the Manufacturing, Printing, or Light Packaging industry.

* Proven experience in selling print/packaging services and managing client relationships.

* Strong technical knowledge of printing, engineering, and production processes.

* Must currently be working in a reputable manufacturing, printing, or light packaging company

*Minimum age: 40 years.
