Matron
Location: Ogun State (Lusada/Agbara and surrounding areas)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Maintain nursing standards, protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate ward activities and ensure smooth daily workflow
- Collaborate with doctors and management to improve service delivery
- Monitor patient care outcomes and implement necessary improvements
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse/Midwife with valid certifications
- Proven experience in a senior nursing or matron role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage teams and maintain clinical standards
- Applicants living in or around Iyana Era, Igbesa, Atan, Ilogbo, Eyin-Osa, Ejila-Awori axis, Agbara Industrial Area, and Morogbo/Ado-Odo will be considered or preferred.
